Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and in the original condition and packaging. Check our Terms of Service for additional return qualifications.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following categories are non-returnable:
- Opened or partially used products
- Digital downloads and e-gift cards
- Final sale items and perishable goods
- Personal health items with broken seals
3. Requesting a Return
Start a return by emailing [email protected] or via our Contact page. Please include your order number, reason, and photos if applicable. Instructions will follow after review.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued upon inspection and approval of your returned item. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- Return postage is covered by the customer unless the product is defective
5. Faulty or Damaged Products
Notify us of any damaged items within 7 days of receipt. We will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. Visit our Shipping Policy for related info.
6. Exchanges
Only defective items are eligible for exchange. Contact our support team with your order number and product details to arrange a replacement.
7. Refund Delays
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your account or bank first. If unresolved, contact us for assistance.
