Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and in the original condition and packaging. Check our Terms of Service for additional return qualifications.
The following categories are non-returnable:
Start a return by emailing [email protected] or via our Contact page. Please include your order number, reason, and photos if applicable. Instructions will follow after review.
Refunds are issued upon inspection and approval of your returned item. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Notify us of any damaged items within 7 days of receipt. We will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. Visit our Shipping Policy for related info.
Only defective items are eligible for exchange. Contact our support team with your order number and product details to arrange a replacement.
