2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated UK delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
• Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders before 12 PM (in select locations)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details. We are not liable for delays or lost items due to inaccurate addresses. Redelivery charges may apply.

If delivery fails and your package is returned, we will contact you with redelivery options. Extra charges may apply for the second shipment.

6. Lost or Stolen Orders

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to the courier. We are not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging without product names or branding on the outside, ensuring complete privacy.

8. Shipping Scope
